According to People.com, Axl Rose has been serving jury duty on a civil trial in Santa Monica, CA. The 49-year old frontman finished jury service this Tuesday after serving 4 days in the trial process. I'm impressed that he showed up!

Dave Grohl is recording a song with Ratt, but it's not for a Ratt album! The unlikely trio of Stephen Pearcy, (Ratt vocalist), Warren DeMartini, (Ratt guitarist), and Dave Grohl, finished recording a new song together, but it's not for a Ratt album. Congrats to Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followhill and his Victoria's Secret model wife Lily Aldridge! The couple is expecting their first child in June. Here's a recent photo of the couple. CLUMSY KELLY OSBOURBE IS AT IT AGAIN!

Just a month after tweeting that she had cracked her head open in a club in Miami, now Kelly Osbourne is at it again revealing that she fractured her left hand in 3 places after falling out of bed??!! I think this is a plot to get some more pain pills...Kelly had previously been addicted to talking up to 50 pills a day and has gone to rehab twice. Sounds like someone might be falling out of bed & off the wagon?? CRASH

FOO FIGHTERS ROCK SO HARD THEY CAUSE A VOLCANIC EVENT IN NEW ZEALAND!

Yes, the Foo Fighters rock that hard! New Zealand's Geo Net blog reported via The Hollywood Reporter that the Foo's Dec. 13th concert in Auckland, New Zealand rocked so hard, it caused geologic tremors similar to a volcanic event! It was recorded that a strong low frequency of tremors were detected during the show about 1.5 and 2 kilometers from the venue, correlating to the highs and lows of the performance. The first vibrations were recorded around 7:30pm, part way thru Tenacious D's set, but the biggest shakes took place when the Foo Fighters took the stage, and then it got quiet at 11pm when the gig ended! I always say the Foo Fighters are helping to keep rock alive!! CRASH

WES SCANTLIN OWES $60K IN TAXE$!!

Puddle of Mudd lead singer Wes Scantlin owes a combined federal and California state tax debt of over $60,000! Documents filed in LA Court indicate Scantlin owes around $45k to the Feds and about $17,000 to the state of California. The tax bills date back to 2009. I hope he has a good accountant and divorce attorney, as he recently filed for divorce.

KID ROCK IS COOL WITH MITT USING BORN FREE AS HIS CAMPAIGN THEME SONG!

Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney has chosen Kid Rock's "Born Free" as his campaign theme song, and Kid Rock is cool with it. The always entertaining Kid Rock ended his statement with a P.S. "Any candidate who makes "So Hott" their theme song has a good chance of getting my vote!" Kid Rock has mine! CRASH

WES SCANTLIN IS DIVORCING HIS HOT WIFE!

Puddle of Mudd front man Wes Scantlin has filed for divorce from his wife of almost 3 years, model Jessica Nicole Scantlin. Wes filed the papers in LA Tuesday, just a few weeks before their 3rd anniversary! Ouch! The couple got married in 2008 and Wes often called her "my little muse," claiming she inspired a bunch of his songs. Looks like she will now be inspiring a bunch of angry new Bone rock! THE GINA ROLL!

I was having sushi the other night at Jasmine Restaurant on Sullivan Trail in Easton and noticed they had a GINA ROLL on special, so I took a picture of it with my camera phone. Not a great photo really since I cut off half the ingredients listed! However, I'm shellfish allergic to the first 2 ingredients listed: shrimp tempura & lobster salad! That's more like the GINA DEATH roll. The sushi & edamame I was able to eat was delicious!!

KELLY OSBOURNE TREATED FOR A HEAD INJURY!

Kelly Osbourne has been released from a Miami hospital after being treated for a head injury. Kelly tweeted that she cracked her head open and kept passing out, but now she's in the clear..WTF? According to People magazine, she hit her head while dancing at a club. Mum Sharon revealed on her show The Talk today that a guy she was dancing with took her down for a dip, and as her head dipped down, she hit it on an amplifier and it split her head open. Kelly went back to her room, fainted twice, and was taken to a hospital where she received stitches and was told she had a concussion. Kelly was in Miami attending a model casting call for Madonna's clothing line. Sounds a little suspect to me. Sounds like she was pretty wasted at that club and Sharon is doing some damage control......

DETROIT LIONS FAN'S PETITION TO KICK NICKELBACK OFF HALFTIME SHOW

An irate Detroit Lions fan is so angry that the team has hired Nickelback to perform during Halftime at their annual Thanksgiving Day game, that he's started a petition on Facebook to have the band removed. His point is that Detroit is home to so many great musicians, like Kid Rock, Bob Seger & Eminem, so why did they chose the Canadian Nickelback? Evanescence singer Amy Lee is the cover girl on Revolver magazine's new issue and is the magazine's pick for "Hottest Chick in Hard Rock." She also appears in the magazine's 2012 "Hottest Chicks" calendar in January. Evanescence released their new self-titled album this Tuesday.

Kurt Cobain's daughter Frances Bean is spending some of the multi-million dollar trust from her father's estate she earned after she turned 18 last year.
