I never need an excuse to make a run for the border and find room for a fourth meal, but in case you need an incentive, try the new Black Jack Taco at Taco Bell!! My boyfriend and I finally got our hands on this tasty creation about 2 weeks ago at an old school adobe-style Taco Bell on 309 in Montgomeryville, PA after laughing at the commercial for several weeks.
