RE-DISCOVER NACHO CHEESE DORITOS

I haven't written a food blog in awhile, so here goes. They are always a crowd pleaser. The "honor system" vending box here at the Bone must have be re-filled recently, cuz I noticed an old friend in there today: the original, red bag, Nacho Cheese Doritos-the 1 oz mini bag that is, since I am still trying to eat healthy these days. Wow! I haven't had these in some time. Do yourself a favor too, and re-discover this old friend soon. Only 150 calories per bag. And I'm not talking about those awful, Baked Doritos. Oh no. These are the real deal. And I have the orange fingers to prove it. YUM! Bone Appetit! CRASH

MUSIC VIDEO FOR LOCAL VETERANS

I wanted to share a Bone Mail and video I received from my friend Eric Kowal of Semper Fi Marketing:

Gina,

Hey how's it going? I was part of a phenomenal music video put together by Kenton Nix, of Plum Entertainment. The video is for the song "Home," by Steve McDaniel who is a local musician. Steve was not a military veteran himself, but wanted to do something special for the troops, so in the video, 32 veterans of all eras and within the Pocono region dating all the way back to World War II, mouth the words to Steve's song. We would like everyone to see this video and hear this song. It is a great tribute to our service members past and present. The song can also be downloaded on Amazon and a portion of the proceeds will go to the 501 (c) 3 charity, Marines Helping Marines, which benefits our wounded warriors. The video can be seen at http://www.veteransmusicvideo.com/

Can you tell your audience about the site?

Thank you,

Eric

THANK YOU, Eric! And everybody- please take a moment to view this moving video and download the song if you can to benefit this very worthy cause. I can't think of a better cause. I am always willing to help out our veterans in any way I can.

Sincerely,

GINA CRASH

ROYALLY PICTURE PERFECT

Since we have no royalty of our own in this country with the exception of the Kennedy dynasty, I am obsessed with the royals of Britain. You've got to admit, William & Kate make a lovely couple. 8 years was worth the wait for "waity Katie" as the tabloid press calls her. This is one of their recent engagement photos.

REST IN PEACE, ELIZABETH EDWARDS

What an extraordinary woman in the face of much adversity in her life. Take a moment to click on this link and watch the video. I guarantee you will be inspired no matter what side of the political fence you are on. http://cnn.com/video/?/video/us/2010/12/06/elizabeth.edwards.natpkg.cnn
*This just in on 1/7/11, Elizabeth Edwards left everything to her children in her will. John Edwards, her husband who had an affair and a child with his mistress, was left nothing!
